    How is the recipient reimbursed?

    • If your return is approved, we will refund the amount to the original payment method or via bank transfer (in case of cash on delivery).

    • في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو عبر تحويل بنكي إذا تم الدفع عند الاستلام.

    Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
    • Yes, all refunds are issued through the same payment method used during checkout.
      For COD orders, we’ll coordinate a bank transfer or mobile wallet refund.

    Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

    • We currently only offer delivery within Egypt.

    How can I return an item?
    • You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
      Just contact us via Instagram or phone, and we’ll handle the rest.
      Make sure the product is unused and in original condition.
    • يمكنك تقديم طلب استرجاع خلال  يومين من استلامك للطلب.
      تواصل معنا عبر الإنستجرام أو الهاتف، وسنقوم بإتمام باقي الإجراءات.

    • Cairo & Giza: within 24 hours

    • Alexandria: within 48 hours

    • Rest of Egypt: 2–3 working days

    • Same-day delivery may be available in select areas.

    • الإسكندرية: خلال 48 ساعة

    • باقي المحافظات: خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل

    • When returned the item must be in the same condition as recieved.
