Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Top Shoes 1, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of footwear and hygiene standards, we offer a strict 24-hour return and exchange window after the item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shoes.
• Shoes must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and returned in their original shoe box and packaging.
Unfortunately, requests made after this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
• Shoes that have been worn or used, even indoors
• Items returned without original packaging
• Final sale, discounted, or customized items
• Any return request made after the 24-hour window
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be considered if:
• Shoes are returned with minor packaging damage
• The returned item shows slight handling but not usage
• The return is made within 24 hours, but not all components are returned as originally delivered
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).
- Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@topshoes1.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
• You’ll receive store credit equal to the item’s value, if your return is approved.
• A gift certificate will be emailed to you after the item is received and inspected.
If the gift was not marked as such or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
