All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse. Orders include tracking information once shipped and are securely packaged to ensure your shoes arrive safely and undamaged.

At Top Shoes 1, we are committed to timely delivery:
• Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 24 hours • Alexandria: Delivery within 48 hours • Rest of Egypt: Delivery within 2–3 working days

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or unforeseen issues during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking any delayed or missing parcels.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of delivery delays due to item availability. As we only ship within Egypt, no customs or import charges apply.

What is your Return/Refund policy

You can only return the Order/ Item within 24 hours after receiving your order.
When returned the item must be in the same condition as recieved.
shipping fees are non-refundable.
You can try the product before making a payment. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can return it directly with the delivery agent.
